SUMMARY - Fictional Treatment:
DEEP CREEP: Conjecture about environmental warfare mounts as suspected "crafted disasters" are added to the rhythms of the Long Crisis of Permanent War. Anomalies seen in the sky, in weather, and tectonics spur connect-the-dots theories which have no chance of being proven, due to their highly classified issues. Tectonic weaponry is a known potential but is it being tested and targeted, experimentally and practically? Some claim the Norway spiral is linked to torsion physics and intensional tectonic warfare. The potential of kindling tsunamis with bombs was tested in New Zealand in WWII.
TECTONIC DOMINO EFFECT: Ionospheric heaters, like HAARP and other large antenna-arrays use radio waves for communication and modification of the electromagnetic environment. In a similar fashion, longitudinal Tesla waves or scalar waves can be deployed at a distance, targeted like ballistic missiles. Did that happen in Haiti whose vast untapped reserves of gold, oil and potential drug trade after the end of the War on Drugs have become irresistably lucrative to the PTB (Powers That Be)? The same techology that can image buried treasures can rock your world.
This fictional film uses the acronym HARMS (HARMS -- HIGH AURORA RADIO MISSILE SIGNAL) for the GLOBAL NETWORK of all HAARP-style transmitter arrays which can potentially target any site on Earth. Also called Incoherent Scatter Radar (ISR) facilities, the also include HIPAS in Alaska, Arecibo in Puerto Rico, EISCAT in Norway, Sura in Russia, Jicamarca in Peru, and Lawrence Livermore National Lab in California. The Jicamarca Radio Observatory is the equatorial anchor of the Western Hemisphere chain of incoherent scatter radar (ISR) observatories extending from Lima, Perú, to Søndre Strømfjord, Greenland and SPEAR in Norway. The Observatory is the premier scientific facility in the world for study of the equatorial ionosphere.
SHOCK DOCTRINE: Was Haiti in HARMS way? If so, who is at "fault"? And what aftershocks can we expect? There is a doctrine of Disaster Capitalism. Crisis management itself is in crisis. Crisis management is unable to abate escalating crises in increasingly risk-dominated economies. Is the endeavor of reconciling economics, politics, and public duty itself in crisis or still in a strategic learning mode? Crises represent "wicked" problems for oligarchs. Crises as a dilemma, opportunity, or both is still an unresolved and relatively undebated issue.
Heritage Foundation has been one of the leading advocates of exploiting disasters to push through unpopular pro-corporate policies. They're at it again, using the devastating earthquake in Haiti to push for their so-called reforms. Propaganda is only part of the psychology of oppression. Tavistock-inspired Heritage Foundation replaced this with a more diplomatic quote opening the floodgates to geopolitical exploitation, but their first instinct is revealing:
"In addition to providing immediate humanitarian assistance, the U.S. response to the tragic earthquake in Haiti earthquake offers opportunities to re-shape Haiti’s long-dysfunctional government and economy as well as to improve the public image of the United States in the region."

SCENE 1: SIGNS IN THE SKY - Acoustic bombardment & Norway Spiral
People raise their heads and gaze in amazement at the crisp night sky. They see an image almost no one has EVER seen before: LIKE A GIANT BULLS-EYE, a weird spiral of concentric rings that resembles dropping a boulder in a still, clear lake. That dissolves into what is described as looking like a black hole or void. It has been reported before.
February 2008, HAARP induced a strange bulls eye pattern in the night sky. Instead of the expected fuzzy, doughnut-shaped blob, surprising irregular luminescent bands radiated out from the center of the bulls-eye, according to the research physicist at the US Air Force Research Laboratory in Massachusetts, who leads the team that ran the experiment at HAARP. The energy sent skywards from the HAARP antenna array triggered these odd shapes. The areas of the bulls-eye with strange light patterns were in regions of denser, partially ionized gas in the atmosphere, as measured by ground-based high-frequency radar used to track the ionosphere. There were ten significant seismic events, unusual weather patterns, and volcanic eruptions, nuclear power outages in February of 2008, while HAARP tweaked the ionosphere. Are we beginning to see a pattern here?
Just over the hill from Tromso, Norway lies a high-tech Norwegian "HARMS antenna farm" -- the EISCAT Ramfjordmoen facility. It is specifically designed to broadcast powerful beams of microwave energy high into space. It creates blatant HD/torsion side-effects in the Earth's highly-electrified upper "plasma" atmosphere (ionosphere). The facility is officially supported by Norway, Sweden, Finland, Japan, China, the United Kingdom and Germany. Russia has a similar facility at Sura.
Torsion weapons technology used inside the Earth's electrified atmosphere appears just like the mysterious "vortex apparition" over Norway. Researchers attribute Norway's spiral light to the Russian version of HARMS -- HIGH AURORA RADIO MISSILE SIGNAL -- (aka HAARP). Some speculate one application is an anti-ET space-based weapon of mass destruction. Does it presage a crafted disaster at some unknown location on the globe? When HARMS boiled the atmosphere, European Parliament called an emergency meeting.

Tesla Tech and vortexian mechanics have been coopted by the Dr. Strangeloves of the world for everything from fending off ET, to zapping NEO's from space, to mind controlling vast swaths of unsuspecting population. Plate tectonics are also in flux according to Vortex theory. Raytheon built the original ground-based prototype Star Wars "Death Ray" for DARPA, allegedly for submarine communication via ELF. During the Viet Nam War, the US engaged in clandestine cloud seeding over the Ho Chi Min Trail. This lead to a United Nations treaty banning the use of weather as a weapon. Prior to signing that treaty in 1978 the US Federal government was spending between $40 million and $140 million per year developing this technology, then after 1978 federal allocations dropped to zero. Did we abandon this research, or did the whole program go "black"? We hide weather modification experiments by passing them to unaccountable civilian contractors and by calling it something else - such as "ionospheric enhancement."
Is HARMS a Tesla beam weapon, a weather control device, a mind control device - or all of the above? This giant antenna array, now the world's largest radio broadcasting facility with an effective radiated power of 3.6 million watts, has the ability to send extremely low frequency (ELF) radio waves (at the same frequencies as human brain functioning) deep into the earth and sea. The US Navy has been using HAARP to communicate with deeply submerged submarines for 15 years. This technology, a ground-based "Star Wars" weapons system, has far-reaching implications for humanity. Jane's Defense Weekly and the Russian parliament characterize HARMS as a weapons system.
SCENE 2: PSYCHIC FALLOUT
A psychic calls in sick, unable to work. Every joint in her body aches with the signs she recongizes as impending disaster, but WHERE she is uncertain. The symptoms from Haiti are simply not abating. She calls her super-scientist friend about the Lunar cycle, hoping against hope her intuitive yet highly perceptible feelings are wrong - dead wrong. But, even while she checks in with work, new reports of anomalies are coming in from around the world.
She hadn't felt that too-familiar sensation for some time now, not since she moved from Eugene, Oregon to avooid the Soviet Woodpecker signal in the 70s. She knew the descriptions of Tesla's "controlled earthquakes" from Puharich's research on "Global Magnetic Warfare." He singled out the July 28, 1976 Tangshan, China earthquake because it demonstrated airglow plasma effects created by the Soviet Woodpecker system. Ionosphere heating ELF systems, like HAARP, can generate similar effects.
"The reason that this 1976 earthquake attracted my attention is that it was preceded by a light flare-up of the entire sky over Tangshan. Also, this earthquake occurred during the first month of Soviet Woodpecker radio emissions...The most prominent effect was that when the Soviet Woodpecker emission was on at full strength -- the sky would light up like an ionized gas-lamp -- just as Tesla had predicted."
The 6/5/77 New York Times described the great earthquake, which destroyed Tangshan, and killed over 650,000 people: "Just before the first tremor at 3:42am, the sky lit up like daylight. The multi-hued lights, mainly white and red, were seen up to 200 miles away. Leaves on many trees were burned to a crisp and growing vegetables were scorched on one side, as if by a fireball."
These electrical effects are tied to electromagnetic plasma and ball lightning and the strange array of flashes which results from Tesla-style and HAARP-like transmissions. As part of the secret 1974 Vladivostok US-Soviet artificial global-warming agreement, the US began 30 Hz ELF transmissions from a site in the Pacific northwest in Washington. Coincidentally with the increase in Soviet and US ELF transmissions during 1980, was a sharp increase in earthquakes around the world.
Her last "sickness" came over her September 12, 1989. Sensors called magnetometers, (at Corralitos, near Monterrey Bay, California) detected unusual ULF (between 0.01 Hz and 10 Hz -- the lowest ELF frequencies) radio signals, "which grew 30 times stronger October 5, and then weakened somewhat. At 2:00pm on October 17, the signals grew so strong that they went off of the sensor’s scales. Three hours later, the San Francisco Bay area shook violently as the magnitude 7.1 Loma Prieta earthquake killed more than 60 people and injured 3800 others. The catastrophic January 17, 1994 Los Angeles earth-quake was also preceded by mysterious radio signals. Some observers in Los Angeles reported hearing two loud "sonic booms" (which are typical symptoms of Soviet Tesla weapons usage) immediately before the earthquake. She noted the disturbance in "The Force."
In late 1998 and early 1999 the ELFRAD group monitored a daily frequency from .9 to .95 hertz (pulses per second), the wavelength of this frequency was approximately 319,877km or 198,711 miles. The moon's distance is fairly close to the wavelength. The signal appears to be a controlled signal transmitted from an unknown source at approximately the same time daily except weekends. The signal is strong enough to generate it's third harmonic which is 2.81235 hz. The signal has a very quick rise time and a slower decay at the end, which is usually indicative of an artificial source. A low pass filtered showed the signal tracks very well with the magnetometers placed in various locations around the planet especially those in the northern area. Apparently, HAARP or a similar array in the North is bouncing signals off the Moon back to the Earth.
To reach targets around the world you could design a floating mobile HAARP that would have to equal the surface area of five large aircraft carriers or 8 super tankers tied together costing billions of dollars, or you could use a stationary permanent array such as HAARP and use the moon as a reflector to effectively bounce your signals anywhere on Earth given mutual Moon visibility between the source and the target. Ham radio enthusiasts call this reflection technique EME (Earth-Moon-Earth) or Moonbounce, and have been utilizing the moon with High Frequencies since the 1950’s to communicate around the world. HAARP can transmit both Low and High Frequencies.
If Israel has a similar array, it increases mutual moon visibility in the Middle East region for Moonbounce transmission. Proximity to any targets in this area might be close enough to an Israeli array that Ionosphere reflection is possible around the clock. Tactical Nuclear retaliation by the U.S. during the War on Terrorism is in effect obsolete. Americans could tactically strike with a geophysics array producing similar damage associated with nuclear detonation, without the long term detrimental effects and downwind radioactive fallout. Other alternative uses of the array such as radiating transmissions may provide similar biological target termination without any blast effects. Moonbounce techniques means that a stationary array can in effect target anywhere on the Earth.
SCENE 3: ConsPiracy - PUMPERS, PIRATES & PUSHERS -- WW IT - International Intrigue from Dubai to Cuba-Columbia-Venezuela alliance
World War III is actually WW IT -- the Info Tech War -- a transnational asymmetrical global struggle for electronic control of minds and resources, including photonically-encrypted electronic transfer of funds. In a Dubai tax-haven, corporate executives discuss Disaster Capitalism with their Economic Hitmen and plan their next covert attack. They've kept their secret oil find in Haiti a close industrial secret for decades, waiting for this convenient oil reserve to sky-rocket in value. Its time has come. Little do they know, government counterparts in Cuba likewise have set their sights on this very treasure, as well as the gold and iridium that lies offshore in their backyard.
US intelligence hasn't failed to notice, since they first found these 'sacred pools' in the 80s with satellite scans similar to what we now know as Google Earth. They are used to keeping secrets and this one has been kept long and hard. But the massive quake has let the cat out of the bag -- the oil fields are seeping, bubbling up from the ocean depths and threatening shipping with methane hydrate leaks. Oil has a tendency to be deposited in underground cracks made by geologic fault lines. If the gap is big, then the oil deposit will be large. Haiti is ripe for exploitation by AmeriGreed, Inc.
Somebody needs to "plug that leak," at least the flow of clandestine information. And military intelligence legacy and super-soldier Johnny "Spider" Webb, stationed in the east-African nation Djibouti is just the man in the Middle East to do it. His Dad, Mark, an Army Ranger and Screamin' Eagle had done so reliably for Washington on numerous occasions from Viet Nam, to Iran-Contra, to Grenada, and Panama -- and now it was his turn to live up to his super-soldier potential. His mother is fine with his dangerous classified service since she is likewise military.
The January 5 quake in the Gulf of Aden was a magnitude of 6.3 between Yemen and Somalia causing little damage to the strategic shipping lane. The area is highly seismic, making mobile targeting easier to disguise. But that is another story. The Gulf of Aden is an essential waterway for Persian Gulf oil, making it very important for the world economy. But it has been a part of world trade since ancient times, when Arabs, Greeks, and Romans used it to travel to Asia.
The port of Aden, on the north shore, has been the site of terrorist attacks, including the bombing of the USS Cole. Acts of piracy are regularly committed against yachts passing through. Is this another demonstration of force -- tectonic "battle rattle"-- as the US steps up arms sales to its Middle Easst allies and the Pentagon expands the Patriot missile program across the Middle East after Tehran repeatedly spurned the hand of diplomacy?
Tension between the US and Iran led the US to deploy a missile shield to protect American allies in the Gulf [ExxonMobil, BP] from attack by Tehran. The US is dispatching Patriot defensive missiles to four countries -- Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain Kuwait -- and keeping two ships in the Gulf capable of shooting down Iranian missiles. Washington is also helping Saudi Arabia develop a force too and heightened dramatically today with the disclosure that protect its oli installations. Will the next HARMS strike come in Iran?
Is it any coincidence Haiti lies between Cuba and Venezuela?
The same map indicates an oil reservoir in the Dominican plain of Azua, a short distance north of the Dominican Republic in the town of Azua. According to our information, the latter oil field located in the Dominican Republic had actually been operating in the first half of this century, produced up to 60,000 barrels of oil per day and had closed because it was considered at the time "insufficiently profitable." Also in the Dominican Republic, there was announced, in 1982, a discovery, in front of the plain of the Azua, of a huge oil field offshore at the coast of Barahona. But this deposit has been left untapped.
Those who have traveled from Port-au-Prince to Santo-Domingo can testify that the plain of the Azua and its coastline very much resembles the area of Vieux Bourg d'Aquin and its related coast. Therefore, reasonable chances are that there is hydrocarbon deposits in the counterpart Haitian region, especially as we are told that in the plains of Cayes there is geological evidence of the presence of oil, as well as at the Bay of Cayes, Les Cayes and between Ile a Vache.
In 1975 we bathed in the waters of Les Cayes and noticed that our feet was covered by a sort of black oil seeping from the seabed. A fisherman from the place explained that this was not uncommon in the area.
He reports similar phenomena in other regions of Haiti - it seems so in the plains of Leogane and at the foothills of Morne-à-Cabrit. It's also been reported that there is the presence of oil shale in the province of Grand Anse.
There are still many places on our island (Haiti and Dominican Republic) that meet all the geological criteria for the presence of hydrocarbons. In Haiti, include the plains of Cayes, the plain of Leogane, the plain of Cul-de-Sac, the Gonaives plain and the deserted Savannah, the Plaine du Nord. Ile de la Gonave and corresponding coastlines to the off-shore deposits. In this list, do not forget the large sedimentary basin of the Central Plateau of Haiti.
In the course of the 1950s, the Knappen-Tippen-Abbet company (nicknamed by the local people "the company for small bread and butter") conducted drillings in La Gonave, in the Cul-de-Sac plains, in the Plateau-Central and in the region of Gonaives. All of these drillings had proved extremely promising and the results were beyond expectations. However, the big multinational oil companies operating in Haiti pushed for the discovered deposits not to be exploited. Haiti was neither Saudi Arabia nor Kuwait. At a time when a barrel of crude oil sold for just over a dollar, and the Persian Gulf provided oil galore, there was no reason for these companies to put in production these oil fields deemed much less profitable. Especially while ARAMCO [then known as the Arabian American Oil Company] was, rain or shine in Arabia, at a low price, even to the point of looting the precious oil resources of this kingdom.
[The attitude of these big multinational oil companies was] "We shall keep the Haitian deposits and other such layers of deposits in reserve for the 21st century when the Middle Eastern jackpot are depleted." This is what happened! The wells of Knappen-Tippen-Abbet were numbered, carefully locked or sealed with cement and forgotten.
The reports of the huge drillings were not, it seems, supposed to be made public to the Haitians. Do you think they would ever hand over to a bunch of backward negroes, information that would allow them to work towards their own economic liberation? This would make them too strong and give too much power to little Haiti.
Haitians had to wait half a century or a century for that. However, the successful countryside of the Knappen-Tibben-Abbet company, allowed for a great deal of opportunity to many Haitian schools, preparing primary school students for their certificate and studying in the geography textbook of Haiti from the Brothers of Christian Instruction, to learn that our land had oil reservoirs in the Central Plateau and La Gonave. This, did not fall on deaf ears ...
It is generally known, in all circles, that there are petroleum hydrocarbon deposits in the bowels of the island of Haiti. But the petroleum industry/circles are not eager to put into production these so readily available Haiti oil reserves. Other more important areas were already identified as major oil producing regions of the world. [The thinking was] there will always be time to think about the island of Haiti.
However, [these big oil entities and the powerful nations] did think of us during the Gulf crisis when Kuwaiti deposits, the Saudis and other oil reservoirs were threatened by Saddam Hussein. If the Cubans had not made a great effort by themselves to put their own oil in exploitation, nobody would have done it for them. If it were not for the efforts of the Cubans, Cuban oil would still be housed in the bowels of the earth, as it remains for Haitian oil. The ball is in our camp ...
If the big oil companies are not interested in our oil, we should ask our Cuban neighbors to come help us exploit it. In their dramatic search for oil, the Cubans have developed technology and know-how that we could, in return for their services, yield to the Cubans part of our domestic oil production and give them a share of profits. A mission of government officials and businessmen in Haiti should leave for Cuba in this direction.
Dunn planned to straighten and widen the entrance to the bay so that super tankers could be brought in and the cargo distributed to smaller tankers for transfer to U.S. and Caribbean ports that could not accommodate large ships. He further intended to develop a facility to break down old ships for scrap and repair others. According to Albert Hill, who came to HASCO as an engineer and ended up as President of that company, another player in Dunn's harbor scheme was Daniel Ludwig whose name is also associated with efforts to develop the Amazon Basin.
The sinuous entrance to the bay is about 2.5 kilometers long and 400 meters across at its narrowest; three points jut out from the east bank, each the site of an ancient French fort. The larger of these, still a rather spectacular site, is Fort Labouc on the Atlantic Ocean at the east side of the entrance to the bay.. The 1:50,000 "Phaeton" topographic map of the area, prepared in 1963, indicates the depth of the entrance to the bay is at least 10 fathoms throughout; some areas are much deeper. A substantial area in the center of the bay has a depth of 12 to 14 fathoms.
An engineering study was conducted by Charley Vaughn, Basil Maxwell and John Moseley of Brown and Root Co., Marine Division, to provide a cost estimate for a dredger to widen the entrance to Fort Liberte Bay. They were flown from Miami to Port-au-Prince in Dunn's King Air turboprop and after clearing customs were flown to Fort Liberte on a Plantation aircraft. "With all that sisal it looked like Arizona or northern Mexico", said Moseley. The plan was to widen the entrance by slicing away the projections on the east side, which would have destroyed three of the old French forts. Drill cores indicated the surface layer of coral was underlain by gravel. To enable a large tanker to turn around, a "finger pier" would be installed from the south shore to the deeper center of the bay, about 1000 meters northwest of Fort Saint Joseph.. This long narrow berth for two ships - the project was planned for ships of 300,000 tons - also provided a trestle for a ship to shore pipeline and was large enough to drive a truck to the end of the pier..
A logical point for the foot of the pier might have been where Fort Saint Joseph projects into the bay and this development could have destroyed that ancient structure. However, according to John Moseley, there was to be an angle turn in the trestle to land to the southeast of the Plantation headquarters to a suitable tank farm site and avoid disturbing the fort.
According to Moseley, the plan was to develop a tank farm where crude oil could be stored and later transferred to small tankers to serve U.S. and Caribbean ports. There were no plans for a refinery. According to Jean Claude Leger, Frederick Snare Co., Chappell Hill, Texas, would construct the oil transfer facility. (Moseley indicates the Frederick Snare Co. was probably headquartered in Chapel Hill, NC, not in Texas.)
Moseley does not recall the time of his visit but it must have been during the early years of Dunn's ownership of the Plantation because, by late 1973 the Government of Haiti apparently had the Dunn group's proposal in hand and it seems likely there would be a considerable time lapse between the B&R engineering study and submission of the proposal. Moseley's visit was clearly prior to the time sisal harvest and decortication was renewed because when I asked,: "What was happening on the Plantation at the time?", he responded: "There was not much activity, just grinding poverty and there was only one white on the Plantation at the time, a young man with a German accent". There were only about 100 cattle (high-dollar type) with more to be airlifted in. Dunn's son, Lonnie, Jr., "Ran the cattle end.".All this came to naught, probably because of the October 1973 Arab oil embargo following the Yom Kippur War...." The military continued to be closely linked to the drug trade during Jean-Bertrand Aristide’s brief first turn as president, cut short by the coup of Sept. 30, 1991, and little changed after his ouster. Indeed, Port-au-Prince’s chief of police, Lt. Col. Joseph Michel François, emerged as the next key man in Haitian drug trafficking, presiding over a notorious network of soldiers and paramilitary attachés. By 2000, an estimated 75 tons, or 15 percent of the cocaine consumed annually in the United States, was being channeled through Haiti. Chances are that the power and profits of drug trafficking will doom any rebuilding prescription to irrelevance. The United States leads the world in cocaine consumption, which means there is a line that goes straight from our stupendous drug habit back to the conditions in Haiti, all those years of toxic governance that set the stage for so much destruction, so much death and injury. So it’s come to this: the richest country in the hemisphere and the poorest, the first republic and the second, trapped together in the New World’s most glaring modern failure, the war on drugs. Our aspirations for Haiti lead straight through our addictions.
SCENE 4: "HARMS" (High Aurora Radio Missile Signal) BEAM WEAPON, aka HAARP
Senator Mark Begich knows all about HARMS (HAARP) since he and his brother Nick Begich, Jr., (sons of missing and possibly murdered Congressman Nick Begich, Sr.), were among the first to raise the hue and cry. They say this dangerous beam weapon also has population control capacity. Nick, Jr. literally wrote the book on HARMS and became an international lecturer on mind control countermeasures. The downside was, every "beamer" in the Western Hemisphere worth his tinfoil hat wanted to talk to him and a few zealots even resorted to house invasion.
Though technically in the dark, Begich and the rest of Congress are beginning to suspect covert action is underway, toward what end they cannot or do not wish to fathom. Puerto Rico is the new "HARMS Central." The Senator calls his older brother from Alaska to assemble a crack team of spy-entists to find out exactly what is happening. The "Alaskan Kennedy's" don't know they are racing the clock.
But ONI is keeping a tight lid on everything in "HARMS" way - protecting more than its submarine communications. Seismics and submarine networks are related. Radio occultation techniques relate to magnetohydrodynamics and plasma physics for space-based sounders. Mid-latitude geomagnetic storms can be monitored from the poles. Submarine seismic systems in Malaysia, off China and elsewhere give the military radio plasma images and instant access, just like happened in Haiti. Punishment for economic non-compliance with economic disaster capitalism also becomes possible. Likewise, communication disruption, sub-surface mineral exploration, communication/navigation outage forecasting as well as tectonic events.
Whistler mode echoes and radio plasma imagers identify mineral deposits. Hispaniola was traditionally one of the richest colonies. It still is rich in unexploited minerals - millions of ounces of gold, silver, zinc, copper and other minerals. Is the earthquake with displaced peasants a depopulation mechanism for military takeover? Is it any wonder ConsPiracy is suspected?
Was the earthquake a Haitian Holocaust using weaponized earth science without firing a shot. As usual it's all about the money, possibly repaying China. In 2007, Canadian mining officials revealed with the price of gold doubling in the last five years and a newly elected government establishing a degree of stability, geologists are scouring the hilltops of Haiti, the region's poorest country.
"These are the best results I've ever seen," says Laskowski. "I don't think there's a question of whether there's a good deposit here. It's a question of whether we can develop it here in Haiti." In 2007, he said, in the best of scenarios, "it will take from four to six years before any actual mining could begin. By that time, Haiti will have a new government and gold will likely be selling at a different price."
In 2004, Dr. Georges Michel detailed the history of oil discoveries in Haiti and explained why they have not been exploited yet. According to Michel, the big oil companies know about the massive reserves of oil in Haiti but in the 50s and 60s there was almost too much oil to go around so they decided that those reserves were not needed at the time and that they would be kept in reserve until later....[The attitude of these big multinational oil companies was] "We shall keep the Haitian deposits and other such layers of deposits in reserve for the 21st century when the Middle Eastern jackpot are depleted."

The recent earthquake in Haiti was caused by an earthquake machine using technology developed by Nicola Tesla, according to MI6. In confirmation of these comments, recently declassified documents show the US government planned to attack Japan with a tsunami towards the end of World War 2 by setting of a large explosion along an underwater fault zone.
The attack on Haiti was a Bush/Nazi faction response to the ongoing cut off of their financial assets, according to the sources. The attack cut undersea cables and prevented the transfer of large sums of money to South American central banks. In addition, the attack was a warning by the Nazi faction saying: “If you squeeze us too hard we will start killing lots of people.” The sources also say the Federal Reserve Board crime syndicate sold China the anti-missile defense technology recently announced by China. These traitors to the US are almost certainly selling other types of secret technology to China in a desperate bid to keep themselves from going bankrupt.

The Haitians were the first to re-engineer death into a sustainable stasis, but not in a good way. "Zombie" now takes on new meaning, as legions of post-traumatic victims, haunted by loss and destruction wander the desolate landscape as the living dead. Does death actually enhance life?
Haitians so greatly fear the bodies of dead loved ones being stolen and turned into zombies they will often dismember a dead relative before burial. Others will stand guard over fresh family graves until decomposition makes the body worthless. The bokor is the vudu sorcerer of Haiti, and instills terror into the hearts of the living. He can create paralysis or death by spreading a powder on the ground where someone walks.
After the 7.0 quake, lack of facilities compounded the aid delivery problem until radical "Green" philanthropist, Asha Deliverance showed up with pallet loads of dome building parts for relief buildings, ranging from hospitals, to markets, to schoolrooms, to temporary dwellings, even greenhouses to restore some agriculture as soon as possible. They are rapidly assembled and put to good use.
A virtually instant town that might have otherwise delighted genius Buckminster Fuller sprouts over night, bringing new hope to the decimated community. Superstitious stories are already developing on the island about the "drones" that have been brought in to keep an eagle eye on anarchy in the rapidly developing situation. Haiti's sovereignty is at stake. Will they try to mine and drill in some way on their own? Will they deal with companies from Cuba, perhaps, who have a different experience dealing with foreign capital?
Who would ever suspect the ordinarily "very Catholic" visiting "Vudu priest" from Miami -- the stylish and charismatic Leutrell Cele -- is actually CIA? But he has the mojo and the blessings of the LOA, and he needs all that for this dark mission. Old issues of corporate imperialism, CIA election tampering and death squads certainly didn't win the hearts of the people in the past. Dyncorp and other uaccountable people with guns are following on contract in the lawless environment.
Fortunately, Cele claims relationship to Ti Chini, The Little Caterpillar, the Haitian man who traveled to the United States in a sailing canoe in the first wave of semi-legal Haitian migration. He worked in the agricultural labor camps of Virginia, Florida and the vast swath of the Southeastern United States known to Haitians as Mayami (Miami).
Miami is one of the largest CIA offices in the US, outside of Langley. Not only is it the main listening post for Cuba, it is a hotbed of willing agents and persons of interest anxious to make bank. There are scores of other opportunists in the Miami locality, including gun merchants eager to sell equipment to all groups. News photos are common of grim-faced men in fatigues, holding rifles. There were also many would-be Mata Haris, eager to do anything. Soldiers of fortune are always looking for a fast buck. Haiti is a convenient pitstop on the way to Miami's "drug central" for South American drugs. Tapping that pipeline would allow him access to the networks of some of the craftiest Haitian "players."
The principal belief in Haitian Vodou is that deities called Lwa (or Loa) are subordinates to a God called Bondyè, This supreme being does not intercede in human affairs, and it is to the Lwa that Vodou worship is directed. Other characteristics of Vodou include veneration of the dead and protection against evil witchcraft.
Haitian Vodou shares many similarities with other faiths of the African diaspora, including the New Orleans Voodoo and the Santereia of Cuba. A Haitian Vodou temple is called an Hounfour. Leutrell will need to exploit that kinship for his Cuban espionage. Because of the infamous failures of the past, the "Cuban show" must succeed this time, and the aid of the Loas will be invaluable.
The American base at Guantanamo Bay has a new mission, supplying aid to the devastated country. Less than 200 miles from Haiti it also potentially detains thousands of Haitian migrants captured at sea. Dozens of helicopters ferry relief supplies and personnel daily. Officials sought permission from Cuba to allow American aircraft carrying disaster-relief supplies to overfly Cuban territory rather than flying around it.
Details of the proposal were discussed at the regular monthly meeting at the edge of the base. Workers have also been preparing tents at Guantanamo Bay for Haitian migrants in case the earthquake spurs a mass migration. This is not a new role for the base: At any given moment, the facility temporarily holds small groups of migrants, mostly from Cuba.
Vudu (an Ewe word, also used in the Dominican Republic) is applied to the branches of a West African ancestral religious tradition. It is important to note that the word "Voodoo" is the most common and known usage in American and popular culture, and is often viewed as offensive by the Afro-Diaspora practicing communities.
The Earth is a giant resonant chamber and we are rattling her cage. With the War on Drugs, Haiti is steeling itself for a new onslaught of well-financed and seedy dope dealers jockeying for position in the reburgeoning market. Undercover, the money laundering banks are already positioning themselves for a harvest of unlimited profits. Companies like Eurasian Minerals, St. Genevieve, Majescor, and the Ottawa Initiative are in charge. The Haitian President is third or fourth in line in terms of saying anything about Haiti. International crime rings will reap this apocalyptic whirlwind. Without the will for international interdiction they have been given the "fast forward" to flood the US and European markets with magnitudes of stronger cheaper drugs than the world has ever seen. The offshore flow is unstoppable as any hurricane but Haiti is set for more than one kind of bloodbath while superpowers jockey for position at each level of illicit trade. Locals mount their own defense by calling forth their ancient LOA to protect and defend them against all odds and keep Haiti from becoming a vast colonialized penal colony.
SCENE 6: Arecibo, Puerto Rico
The giant size of the reflector is what makes the Arecibo Observatory so special to scientists. It is the largest antenna on the planet and can be pointed in ANY direction. Was it synched with HAARP in Alaska or for that matter any of the world’s other arrays beaming electomagnetic radiation to intersect over/under Haiti or nearby?
Arecibo Observatory in PUERTO RICO is right next door to Dominican Republic and Haiti. Google Earth 18°20′39.05″N, 66°45′10.07″W . The HARMS VHF Riometer Recordings for the last month show very little activity prior to the earthquake. Now it is constantly pumping out signals. The activity first started January 12th. Could this also explain why PUERTO RICO has had over 40 earthquakes in the last seven days?
SCENE 7 - Meanwhile, RAINMAKERS IN AUSTRALIA
Since the Dreamtime, the aborigine "sing ups" were the only rainmakers in Australia. Rain songs broke droughts in the past. The rainmaker is a magician enacting secret rites. The shaman's chief office is rainmaking, mediating good and evil spirits and the Alcooringa (ancestral spirits).
Every year the sorcerer visits the rivers, creeks, lagoons and rock well waterholes within the "touri" and sings the incantations that allow them to be filled. Omitting the sacred ceremonies would incur the wrath of the ancestors. Keen observation and deduction allow him to forecast the weather.
The ritual form of the corraboree, supported by the old men, rarely varies. At each traditional spot he enters the water facing away from its source, and beats the water upstream through his legs while muttering incantations invoking his familiar spirit. "Old Soak," Quatchi-Koom-Koori is a great rainmaker able to draw moisture from a parched sky. If the rain fails to come it must be the machinations of a more powerful wizard.
The local snake spirit is the deity responsible for the balance of water in a region. The term 'rainbow serpent' can refer to both the water elemental being, (a major culture hero who formed landscapes in 'the Dreamtime'), and also to its lesser regional manifestations. In the south west of Western Australia the woggal or wawgal / rainbow serpent was revered as the guardian of sacred landscapes. This healing serpent could also cause sickness and punishment for broken laws. The powerful snake spirit is always described as feathered, finned, maned and/or horny. It is an arbitrator of life and death and "omniscient and omnipotent" to the Bibbulmun" (tribe).
The woggal's stations were 'winnaitch' taboo, and any game seeking refuge in them was left unmolested. When passing near its home the people would strew fresh rushes or place a piece of cooked meat at the foot of a sacred rock or on the edge of Woggal's pool, to propitiate it. Permanent water holes in arid zones housed rainbow serpents /snake spirits and were places where rain making rites were held Australia wide, as important inter-tribal ceremonies and social events.
At Mutawintji National Park in western New South Wales large gatherings of Malyankapa, Pandijkali and Wiimpatja people took place. Initiation rites were held at Snake Cave near Mushroom Rock, another religious site. Other places within the park are used for rain making ceremonies and women's rites. Petroglyphs there are over 8000 years old. In the north west of the Northern Territory the Walpiri tribe have for many generations visited Mawuritji, near Lake White, where they meet the Kokatja (of Western Australia) and the Ngardi people for initiation and rainmaking ceremonies.
In the south Kimberleys rainmaking ceremonies are typically performed at jila - sacred permanent water holes, home to snake spirits called pulany. Local pulany have the power to generate rain at any time should they be disturbed. It is to jila that men go to generate and control rainfall, by persuading the pulany to 'get up'.
The people dream this jila knowledge of songs and dances relating to rain-making. To induce rain - songs are sung wearing special body design as people dig the jila, in a prescribed way, throwing the mud out to attract the rain. A senior rain maker /yiliwirri uses his power to placate the pulany or make them 'get up'. Rain-making magic includes symbolic art.
But in late 2007 plans were laid for a techno-clone of the mother of all rainmakers - HARMS. By 2010, with a $10M injection, it was operational, available to triangulate with other HARMS installations. Strange weather patterns have been showing up on satellite maps since and you don't need to be a meteorologist to see they are not natural. This hairey 'rainbow serpent' is generated with mega-volts of electricity that makes its own booming thunders.
The Investigation of researchers Begich and Manning uncovered bizarre schemes surrounding HARMS. US Air Force documents revealed the system can manipulate and disrupt human mental processes through pulsed radio-frequency radiation over large geographical areas. Such power-beaming transmitters could be used for geophysical and environmental warfare including weather-control technology. There is video of a "rainbow serpent" appearing in the sky 30 minutes before the 2008 Sichuan earthquake in China. Airglow or transient luminous phenomena, whistler-mode chorus and transpolar potential are associated with HARMS waves in advance of tectonic phenomena.
And what of the connection between Rupert Murdoch and his nephew, the director of Australian Rain Corporation? Funny how one of the Kings of Cashocracy has managed to get his nephew's company financed by the Australian government minister, Malcolm Turnbull, who also has globalist connections. Who are the power broker behind this world-wide manipulation and what is their end-game?
Climate change has dramatic and long lasting consequences with profound security implications. The security implicationsare most pronounced in places where the effects of climate change are greatest, particularly affecting weak states already especially vulnerable to environmental destabilization. Two things are vitally important: stemming the tide of climate change and adapting to its far-reaching consequences. The military could be used to mitigate global warming and to assist at-risk peoples and states to adapt to climate change, promoting stability and sustainable security.
SCENE 8: DEPOPULATING A HANDY ISLAND - US, Russia, Cuba & China Face Off in the Caribbean for Oil With Haiti as Grand Prize
Regardless of the cause of the Haitian earthquake, we have to look at its immediate EFFECT. What does deliberate depopulation have to do with big oil? Science has been used in a variety of vectors for depopulation/resource control. In their wake disasters leave displacement, grief, PTSD, depresssion, suicide, addiction, alcoholism, and a variety of other anti-life fallout.
Scenario:
Refugee tent camps will be created outside the city, but are at risk of the upcoming rainy season /hurricane season.
All or many parts of Port-au-Prince won't be rebuilt because it sits on valuable strategic reserves...It will be declared a disaster zone, unfit for human settlement due to aftershocks and future earthquake risks. I have no doubt that ordinary Haitians won't benefit at all from these natural geologic riches but will continue to be pauperized and then finally resettled. The island will be convieniently and selectively depopulated-it's already starting ...first from the death tolls directly from the quake itself. And then, selective depopulation will continue both internationally (via migration) and locally into so-called "safe zone areas" in Haiti, into less earthquake-prone regions, off the fault-line and conveniently away from "strategic reserves".
It's ironic that all the millions of aid dollars being collected from ordinary concerned citizens around the world, will be used to eventually depopulate the island. Babies from orphanages are already being fast-tracked to all corners of the earth.
After the first arrival (invasion) of US and Canadian soldiers in the guise of facilitating humanitarian aid and protecting aid workers, the military will turn into a permanent occupying force (to prevent on-going "rioting" in a lawless island). Then watch for strategic international investors to flood into the country. Then track how the traditional US oil firms begin to target new infrastructure redevelopment efforts in Haiti, in return for certain "land rights"....with a longer -term (energy security and strategic metals) objective in mind.

Oil companies operating in Sudan are complicit in the systematic depopulating of large areas of the country and atrocities against civilians, tens of thousands of whom have been killed and displaced from the areas around the oil fields. "Oil has brought death," said one Nuer chief, Malony Kolang. "When the pumping began, the war began. Antonovs and helicopter gun ships began attacking the villages. All the farms have been destroyed, everything around the oil fields has been destroyed." BP said it had no intention of disposing of its interests in PetroChina "because there is no reason why we should". The Chinese company, in which BP bought a $ 578 mm stake 12 months ago, is not active in Sudan, although its parent group, China National Petroleum Corporation, (CNPC) is.
Refugees from the oil areas tell harrowing tales of walking hundreds of miles to very precarious areas of southern Sudan, already wracked by decades of civil war. All the villages along the road have been burned," said John Wicjial Bayak, a local official driven from a village close to the main road built for access to the oil fields. "You cannot see a single hut. The government doesn't want people anywhere near the oil."
One man described fleeing the bombing with six of his grandchildren to hide in a forest. "We dug a hole for the children and put a blanket on top," he said. "We stayed 20 days in the forest eating wild fruit." Systematic attacks on the villages began in March 2000, according to village chiefs. One was bombed 10 times before government troops finally burned out the residents. Across southern Sudan life is on a knife-edge and the government's strategy of banning aid flights to Upper Nile is fanning fears of a new famine tragedy similar to that of 1998, in which tens of thousands died.
WHY? Follow the money, er, oil slick...
Behind the smoke, rubble and unending drama of human tragedy in the hapless Caribbean country, a drama is in full play for control of what geophysicists believe may be one of the world’s richest zones for hydrocarbons-oil and gas outside the Middle East, possibly orders of magnitude greater than that of nearby Venezuela.
Haiti, and the larger island of Hispaniola of which it is a part, has the geological fate that it straddles one of the world’s most active geological zones, where the deepwater plates of three huge structures relentlessly rub against one another—the intersection of the North American, South American and Caribbean tectonic plates. Below the ocean and the waters of the Caribbean, these plates consist of an oceanic crust some 3 to 6 miles thick, floating atop an adjacent mantle. Haiti also lies at the edge of the region known as the Bermuda Triangle, a vast area in the Caribbean subject to bizarre and unexplained disturbances.
This vast mass of underwater plates are in constant motion, rubbing against each other along lines analogous to cracks in a broken porcelain vase that has been reglued. The earth’s tectonic plates typically move at a rate 50 to 100 mm annually in relation to one another, and are the origin of earthquakes and of volcanoes. The regions of convergence of such plates are also areas where vast volumes of oil and gas can be pushed upwards from the Earth’s mantle. The geophysics surrounding the convergence of the three plates that run more or less directly beneath Port-au-Prince make the region prone to earthquakes such as the one that struck Haiti with devastating ferocity on January 12.
A relevant Texas geological project
Leaving aside the relevant question of how well in advance the Pentagon and US scientists knew the quake was about to occur, and what Pentagon plans were being laid before January 12, another issue emerges around the events in Haiti that might help explain the bizarre behavior to date of the major ‘rescue’ players—the United States, France and Canada. Aside from being prone to violent earthquakes, Haiti also happens to lie in a zone that, due to the unusual geographical intersection of its three tectonic plates, might well be straddling one of the world’s largest unexplored zones of oil and gas, as well as of valuable rare strategic minerals.
The vast oil reserves of the Persian Gulf and of the region from the Red Sea into the Gulf of Aden are at a similar convergence zone of large tectonic plates, as are such oil-rich zones as Indonesia and the waters off the coast of California. In short, in terms of the physics of the earth, precisely such intersections of tectonic masses as run directly beneath Haiti have a remarkable tendency to be the sites of vast treasures of minerals, as well as oil and gas, throughout the world.
Notably, in 2005, a year after the Bush-Cheney Administration de facto deposed the democratically elected President of Haiti, Jean-Baptiste Aristide, a team of geologists from the Institute for Geophysics at the University of Texas began an ambitious and thorough two-phase mapping of all geological data of the Caribbean Basins. The project is due to be completed in 2011. Directed by Dr. Paul Mann, it is called “Caribbean Basins, Tectonics and Hydrocarbons.” It is all about determining as precisely as possible the relation between tectonic plates in the Caribbean and the potential for hydrocarbons—oil and gas.
Notably, the sponsors of the multi-million dollar research project under Mann are the world’s largest oil companies, including Chevron, ExxonMobil, the Anglo-Dutch Shell and BHP Billiton.[1] Curiously enough, the project is the first comprehensive geological mapping of a region that, one would have thought, would have been a priority decades ago for the US oil majors. Given the immense, existing oil production off Mexico, Louisiana, and the entire Caribbean, as well as its proximity to the United States – not to mention the US focus on its own energy security – it is surprising that the region had not been mapped earlier. Now it emerges that major oil companies were at least generally aware of the huge oil potential of the region long ago, but kept it quiet.
Cuba’s Super-giant find Evidence that the US Administration may well have more in mind for Haiti than the improvement of the lot of the devastated Haitian people can be found in nearby waters off Cuba, directly across from Port-au-Prince. In October 2008 a consortium of oil companies led by Spain’s Repsol, together with Cuba's state oil company, Cubapetroleo, announced discovery of one of the world’s largest oilfields in the deep water off Cuba. It is what oil geologists call a ‘Super-giant’ field. Estimates are that the Cuban field contains as much as 20 billion barrels of oil, making it the twelfth Super-giant oilfield discovered since 1996. The discovery also likely makes Cuba a new high-priority target for Pentagon destabilization and other nasty operations. No doubt to the dismay of Washington, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev flew to Havana one month after the Cuban giant oil find to sign an agreement with acting-President Raul Castro for Russian oil companies to explore and develop Cuban oil.[2] Medvedev’s Russia-Cuba oil agreements came only a week after the visit of Chinese President Hu Jintao to meet the recuperating Fidel Castro and his brother Raul. The Chinese President signed an agreement to modernize Cuban ports and discussed Chinese purchase of Cuban raw materials. No doubt the mammoth new Cuban oil discovery was high on the Chinese agenda with Cuba.[3] On November 5, 2008, just prior to the Chinese President’s trip to Cuba and other Latin American countries, the Chinese government issued their first ever policy paper on the future of China’s relations with Latin America and Caribbean nations, elevating these bilateral relations to a new level of strategic importance. [4] The Cuba Super-giant oil find also leaves the advocates of ‘Peak Oil’ theory with more egg on the face. Shortly before the Bush-Blair decision to invade and occupy Iraq, a theory made the rounds of cyberspace, that sometime after 2010, the world would reach an absolute “peak” in world oil production, initiating a period of decline with drastic social and economic implications. Its prominent spokesmen, including retired oil geologist Colin Campbell and Texas oil banker Matt Simmons, claimed that there had not been a single new Super-giant oil discovery since 1976, or thereabouts, and that new fields found over the past two decades had been “tiny” compared with the earlier giant discoveries in Saudi Arabia, Prudhoe Bay, Daquing in China and elsewhere. [5] It is critical to note that, more than half a century ago, a group of Russian and Ukrainian geophysicists, working in state secrecy, confirmed that hydrocarbons originated deep in the earth’s mantle under conditions similar to a giant burning cauldron at extreme temperature and pressure. They demonstrated that, contrary to US and accepted Western ‘mainstream’ geology, hydrocarbons were not the result of dead dinosaur detritus concentrated and compressed and somehow transformed into oil and gas millions of years ago, nor of algae or other biological material.[6] The Russian and Ukrainian geophysicists then proved that the oil or gas produced in the earth’s mantle was pushed upwards along faults or cracks in the earth as close to the surface as pressures permitted. The process was analogous to the production of molten lava in volcanoes. It means that the ability to find oil is limited, relatively speaking, only by the ability to identify deep fissures and complex geological activity conducive to bringing the oil out from deep in the earth. It seems that the waters of the Caribbean, especially those off Cuba and its neighbor Haiti, are just such a region of concentrated hydrocarbons (oil and gas) that have found their way upwards close to the surface, perhaps in a magnitude comparable to a new Saudi Arabia.[7] Haiti, a new Saudi Arabia? The remarkable geography of Haiti and Cuba and the discovery of world-class oil reserves in the waters off Cuba lend credence to anecdotal accounts of major oil discoveries in several parts of Haitian territory. It also could explain why two Bush Presidents and now special UN Haiti Envoy Bill Clinton have made Haiti such a priority. As well, it could explain why Washington and its NGOs moved so quickly to remove-- twice-- the democratically elected President Aristide, whose economic program for Haiti included, among other items, proposals for developing Haitian natural resources for the benefit of the Haitian people. In March 2004, some months before the University of Texas and American Big Oil launched their ambitious mapping of the hydrocarbon potentials of the Caribbean, a Haitian writer, Dr. Georges Michel, published online an article titled ‘Oil in Haiti.’ In it, Michel wrote,
According to a June 2008 article by Roberson Alphonse in the Haitian paper, Le Nouvelliste en Haiti, “The signs, (indicators), justifying the explorations of oil (black gold) in Haiti are encouraging. In the middle of the oil shock, some 4 companies want official licenses from the Haitian State to drill for oil.” At the time, oil prices were climbing above $140 a barrel -- on manipulations by various Wall Street banks. Alphonse’s article quoted Dieusuel Anglade, the Haitian State Director of the Office of Mining and Energy, telling the Haitian press: "We've received four requests for oil exploration permits…We have had encouraging indicators to justify the pursuit of the exploration of black gold (oil), which had stopped in 1979."[9] Alphonse reported the findings from a 1979 geological study in Haiti of 11 exploratory oil wells drilled at the Plaine du Cul-de-sac on the Plateau Central and at L'ile de La Gonaive: “Surface (tentative) indicators for oil were found at the Southern peninsula and on the North coast, explained the engineer Anglade, who strongly believes in the immediate commercial viability of these explorations.”[10] Journalist Alphonse cites an August 16, 1979 memo by Haitian attorney Francois Lamothe, in which he noted that “five big wells were drilled” down to depths of 9000 feet and that a sample that “underwent a physical-chemical analysis in Munich, Germany” had “revealed tracks of oil.” [11] Despite the promising 1979 results in Haiti, Dr. Georges Michel reported that, “the big multinational oil companies operating in Haiti pushed for the discovered deposits not to be exploited.” [12] Oil exploration in and offshore Haiti ground to a sudden halt as a result. Similar if less precise reports claiming that Haitian oil reserves could be vastly larger than those of Venezuela have appeared in Haitian websites. [13] Then in 2010 the financial news site Bloomberg News carried the following: The Jan. 12 earthquake was on a fault line that passes near potential gas reserves, said Stephen Pierce, a geologist who worked in the region for 30 years for companies that included the former Mobil Corp. The quake may have cracked rock formations along the fault, allowing gas or oil to temporarily seep toward the surface, he said Monday in a telephone interview. ‘A geologist, callous as it may seem, tracing that fault zone from Port-au-Prince to the border looking for gas and oil seeps, may find a structure that hasn't been drilled,’ said Pierce, exploration manager at Zion Oil & Gas Inc., a Dallas-based company that's drilling in Israel. [14] In an interview with a Santo Domingo online paper, Leopoldo Espaillat Nanita, former head of the Dominican Petroleum Refinery (REFIDOMSA) stated, “there is a multinational conspiracy to illegally take the mineral resources of the Haitian people.” [15] Haiti’s minerals include gold, the valuable strategic metal iridium and oil, apparently lots of it. Aristide’s development plans Marguerite Laurent ('Ezili Dantò'), president of the Haitian Lawyers’ Leadership Network (HLLN) who served as attorney for the deposed Aristide, notes that when Aristide was President -- up until his US-backed ouster during the Bush era in 2004 -- he had developed and published in book form his national development plans. These plans included, for the first time, a detailed list of known sites where the resources of Haiti were located. The publication of the plan sparked a national debate over Haitian radio and in the media about the future of the country. Aristide’s plan was to implement a public-private partnership to ensure that the development of Haiti’s oil, gold and other valuable resources would benefit the national economy and the broader population, and not merely the five Haitian oligarchic families and their US backers, the so-called Chimeres or gangsters. [16] Since the ouster of Aristide in 2004, Haiti has been an occupied country, with a dubiously-elected President, Rene Preval, a controversial follower of IMF privatization mandates and reportedly tied to the Chimeres or Haitian oligarchs who backed the removal of Aristide. Notably, the US State Department refuses to permit the return of Aristide from South African exile. Now, in the wake of the devastating earthquake of January 12, the United States military has taken control of Haiti’s four airports and presently has some 20,000 troops in the country. Journalists and international aid organizations have accused the US military of being more concerned with imposing military control, which it prefers to call “security,” than with bringing urgently needed water, food and medicine from the airport sites to the population. A US military occupation of Haiti under the guise of earthquake disaster ‘relief’ would give Washington and private business interests tied to it a geopolitical prize of the first order. Prior to the January 12 quake, the US Embassy in Port-au-Prince was the fifth largest US embassy in the world, comparable to its embassies in such geopolitically strategic places as Berlin and Beijing.[17] With huge new oil finds off Cuba being exploited by Russian companies, with clear indications that Haiti contains similar vast untapped oil as well as gold, copper, uranium and iridium, with Hugo Chavez’ Venezuela as a neighbor to the south of Haiti, a return of Aristide or any popular leader committed to developing the resources for the people of Haiti, -- the poorest nation in the Americas -- would constitute a devastating blow to the world’s sole Superpower. The fact that in the aftermath of the earthquake, UN Haiti Special Envoy Bill Clinton joined forces with Aristide foe George W. Bush to create something called the Clinton-Bush Haiti Fund ought to give everyone pause. According to Marguerite Laurent ('Ezili Dantò') of the Haitian Lawyers’ Leadership Network, under the guise of emergency relief work, the US, France and Canada are engaged in a balkanization of the island for future mineral control. She reports rumors that Canada wants the North of Haiti where Canadian mining interests are already present. The US wants Port-au-Prince and the island of La Gonaive just offshore – an area identified in Aristide’s development book as having vast oil resources, and which is bitterly contested by France. She further states that China, with UN veto power over the de facto UN-occupied country, may have something to say against such a US-France-Canada carve up of the vast wealth of the nation. n the late 1960’s, US and Soviet scientists began a series of joint efforts to warm up the Arctic (documented in Lowell Ponte’s 1976 book, “The Cooling”). At the 1974 Vladivostok Summit, US and Soviet leaders began weather engineering operations. By the late 1970’s, the US joined in it’s own weather-modifying ELF signals. Strange skyglow anomalies and weird lightning and plasma-type effects have been seen all over the former USSR, near the Woodpecker transmitter sites. The 9/23/77 Washington Post reported that “a strange, star-like ball of light was sighted over Petrozavodsk in Soviet Karelia, spreading over it like a jellyfish and showering down shafts of light.”
To improve joint electromagnetic weather-control actions, the US brought a number of Russian scientists to work at the top-secret Lawrence Livermore high-tech weapons laboratory in the 90s. Although the project was officially disguised as “environmental cleanup research,” the real purpose of the joint Russian/US project has been kept secret from the American people.
The plan to use Russian technology was described in the 4/8/93 in Journal of Commerce & Commercial Bulletin: During the Cold War, in the closed research laboratory of the Gorky, Russian military scientists developed the ‘Gyrotron’; a high-energy microwave generator designed to sweep the skies of Western warplanes [using Tesla scalar-wave technology]. “Today, at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, American military scientists are weighing a Russian proposal to use those generators for a new mission — cleansing the atmosphere of ozone- depleting chemicals [CFC's]. The Lawrence Livermore scientists began collaborating with their Russian counterparts last year, traveling to Russian research centers, engaging in joint projects…”
The HAARP weather-engineering system has a capacity to zap pollution and increase or decrease upper atmospheric ozone levels at will. In fact, the Lawrence Livermore Laboratory’s secret 21-member US/Soviet “Project Woodpecker” team in charge of the project won a special award from both the CIA and the NSA for their efforts in the '90s.
Physicist Dr. Bernard J. Eastlund essentially “borrowed” Tesla’s ideas and received a patent (#4,686,605 issued Aug. 11, 1987), assigned to ARCO’s APTI. “Dr. Eastlund stated that his invention could be used to change the weather by redirecting the very high wind patterns. The invention uses an earth-based power source to create electromagnetic radio waves and focus them way up into the atmosphere.
